LOGISTICS

• A 15% service fee is added to your food and beverage charges
• Event Liability Insurance is equipped and can be purchased through the LAEC or your insurance carrier
• To secure your meeting space, we require 50% of your room rental at the time of contract signing, and the remaining 50% prior to your event start date
• A major credit card must be provided prior to your event start date
• Ask us about setting up a Room Block at the connected Best Western Plus hotel for your guests
• Our team is experienced, with an eye for detail and passion for turning your vision into reality. You’ll work with an Event Coordinator from start to finish to ensure your event goes as smoothly as it should!
