FOOD & BEVERAGE
- Approved Caterers to choose from
- China plates, glassware and stainless steel silverware
- Cake & desserts are allowed through licensed bakeries
- Portable cash or hosted bar available through Swing Bridge Pub
- Non-alcoholic beverages, pastries and spreads available through the LAEC
LOGISTICS
- A 15% service fee is added to your food invoice
- Event Liability Insurance is required and can be purchased through the LAEC or your personal carrier
- To secure your date, we require 50% of your Room Rental at the time of signing, and the remaining 50% prior to the event start date
- Final guest count is due 10 days prior to your event start date
- You’ll work with an Event Coordinator from start to finish to ensure your day goes just how it should!
