FOOD & BEVERAGE

• 10+ Approved Caterers to choose from 
• China plates, glassware and stainless steel silverware
• Cake & desserts are allowed through licensed bakeries
• Portable cash or hosted bar available through Swing Bridge Pub
• Non-alcoholic beverages, pastries and spreads available through the LAEC 

LOGISTICS

• A 15% service fee is added to your food and beverage charges
• Event Liability Insurance is required and can be purchased through the LAEC or your personal carrier
• To secure your date, we require 50% of your Room Rental at the time of signing, and the remaining 50% prior to the event start date
• Final guest count is due 10 days prior to your event start date
  
• You’ll work with an Event Coordinator from start to finish to ensure your day goes just how it should!
